THE EXPERIENCE
Delve into the delights of this blissful week in Goa and take the time to connect to the true you. The week will be a heady mix of Kundalini yoga, meditation, sound healing, mantra, cacao ceremony, massages, mouth-watering, healthy food, cookery lessons, authentic Indian adventures and lots more rebellious treats. This retreat will give you a unique opportunity to discover kundalini yoga, meditation, mantra and sound healing whilst getting to explore the very best of South Goa. We all want to connect with ourselves and live authentically, so come and join us on this adventure and give yourself the chance to heal any mental, emotional and physical issues that you may be holding onto.
OUR HOMES
We are beyond excited to invite you to the most stunning, private villas for our retreat. Situated in lush, verdant hills and minutes away from Goa’s most scenic and pristine beaches, your homes for the week are oases of tropical tranquillity – place where one can escape the stresses of modern life. Our large colonial-style villa sleeps 11 people and our Indo-Portuguese Heritage Villa sleeps 6, ensuring an intimate setting for transformative magic. Both villas have a private pool and extensive, lush tropical gardens & our fully equipped yoga shala is beautifully ensconced in the jungle, overlooked only by ancient frangipani and mango trees. Each room is beautifully designed with comfortable beds, marble or stone floors and en-suite bathrooms. You can either share with one or two people or treat yourself to a stunning double room with private balcony.

NOURISH
Food, nourishment, a little indulgence and a lot of enjoyment is very important for the Kundalini Rebels. We are delighted to have a private chef, who will prepare nutritious, healthy food specially tailored for our week in this piece of heaven. Each day you will be served breakfast, lunch & dinner, all freshly made using local ingredients. There will be unlimited teas, water and fruit to snack on during the day, plus there will be a rebellious trip to one of our hidden restaurant gems!

SCHEDULE
Full days on the retreat will run roughly like so:
7.45am - 8.15am - Cards and Journaling
8.15am - 10.30am - Dynamic morning yoga, meditation, gong healing and sharing circle
10.45am - 11.30am - Delicious, abundant brunch with fresh coconut water
11.30am - 4:00pm - Free time/ relaxing by pool/ massages/ beach visits
4:00pm - Fresh smoothie
4.45pm - 5:00pm - 40 day kriya practice
5:00pm - 6.45pm - Evening yoga, meditation, mantra and gong.
7.30pm - Supper
You are free to do as much or as little as you like. There will be ample time to read a book, go for a walk, lay by the pool, or swim in the sea.
MAREE
Maree trained with the Karam Kriya Yoga School under Chiv Charan Singh & specialised in Kundalini Yoga for the addictive personality with Carolyn Cowan. Guided and mentored by Orly Doctori of InLove School she helped to facilitate female empowerment retreats worldwide before she set out on her own journey. Maree is a level 3 trained Breathwork facilitator certified by the Celtic Breathwork Society, trained by Tone of Life in Sound Healing and a qualified Quantum Shift Life Coach. Other training includes reiki, energy healing & yin yoga. Maree weaves in many decades of study & practice into her unique method.
With a background in Film & TV & as the founder of the ethical jewellery brand - Goddess Charms - Maree knows first hand how powerful her method is for creating transformational shifts in the modern world. She is hugely passionate about the life-changing technology of Kundalini Yoga, and her infectious energy & open approach is a modern take on the traditional teachings. As well as individuals and groups, she's worked with Soho House, Universal Pictures, The BBC, and Warner Brothers to name a few.
