Kundalini Exercise For Inner Healing
Posted on May 23 2018

This is one of my favourite Kundalini Yoga Kriyas & one that I taught this week at Taos Centre in Paros, Greece where I'll be their resident Kundalini teacher for the next month. It's a great set of exercises for releasing unwanted emotions; |
The first half of the class & the specific warm-up exercises I choose, work heavily on your nabhi (your core & centre), really stirring up all those dark emotions like anger, shame & grief, so they can be later released when we move up into the heart centre, making space for more energy, happiness & freedom. It's also a great exercise for cultivating & working with the healing power of your hands & becoming aware of the inner healing capabilities that are quite literally, at your fingertips.I always like to finish this class with a cleansing meditation to help clear your energy & clean up all those unwanted emotions & memories, so you can leave the class feeling totally purified & rejuvenated.

If you want to practice at home, here's a couple of screenshots of the main exercises which can also be found on the library of teachings. Do each exercise for the time mentioned. For posers 1, 4 & 5 your using breath of fire. | I always like to finish this class with a cleansing meditation to help clear your energy & clean up all those unwanted emotions & memories, so you can leave the class feeling totally purified & rejuvenated. | |
